Where can I have my party?
Our vehicles and props are suitable for both indoor and outdoor events. We recommend a minimum space of 10m x 10m as some vehicles have a larger turning circle and this helps to keep everyone moving along. Outdoor events need to be on flat, dry ground. Long grass can cause batteries to loose charge faster. Village or school halls are ideal, if in doubt just ask!
How many children can you accomadate?
Generally we say parties of approx 12 children work best to give everyone a fair chance to play on the vehicles and use the props. This is a recommendation rather than a limit.
Do the children drive themselves?
Each vehicle can be driven by the rider, or controlled by an adult with the supplied remote controls. Adult supervision is recommended at all times.
How long is a party?
The length of the party itself is your choice, but we recommend no longer than 2 hours. The vehicles are battery powered and therefore do have limited running time.
What locations do you cover?
We are based in Rutland and therefore generally cover Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland. In the event that further travel is needed, there would be an additional charge which would be discussed at the initial booking stage.
How long does it take to set up?
We generally say to allow 45 minutes either side of the party. This gives our team time to set up, run some tests and optimise the layout to give the children the best possible experience. This should be considered when you are choosing and booking a venue.
What is the deposit covering?
When we accept a booking we ask for a £100 deposit to secure the date. This deposit is held securely and acts as a damaged waiver. Subject to the vehicles being collected with no damage, this deposit is refunded in full within 5 days after the event.
Do you stay throughout?
Generally we do not stay at the party. Once set up is complete, a lead responsible adult must be given a safety briefing and explanation of the vehicles. If you would prefer a member of our team was on hand during the event, let us know during the booking process and this can be discussed.
